PU230 Wood Adhesive
PU230 is a thixotropic polyurethane paste adhesive. Applications include: fixing and bonding of windows, doors, staircases architrave’s, boat building, fixing of carpet grippers to concrete and wooden floors, etc. The adhesive is highly water-resistant and can be used in applications where regular wetting and/or high humidity is anticipated.
Usage/purpose
PU230 is a thixotropic PU adhesive paste which cures rapidly to form an exceptionally strong water resistant bond. It is ideal for use in all types of joinery, and construction and repair applications where a strong permanent bond is required between porousporous and porous-nonporous surfaces.
Not suitable for bonding polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon®
or Nylon. Moisture content of wood must not exceed
30%w/w. Do not use on sheet laminate.
