Product Spotlight: FM310 High Performance B3 Foam
FM310 is a rapid-curing gun-grade expanding polyurethane foam that is suitable for general gap filling, bonding, and insulation applications. Ideal for application during the winter months, due to its low application temperature of 10°c – FM310 can used in the perimeter sealing and fixing of windows and doors, as well as for the sealing of service penetrations and sealing around insulation panels.
This PU foam is available in 750ml canisters and comes with Illbruck’s patented dual-cap technology – simply meaning this product can be applied via nozzles or an appropriate illbruck application gun.
Key benefits:
- Low post expansion improves the accuracy of delivery, reduces foam wastage, and minimises cutting time
- Forms a strong bond to concrete, brickwork, stone, plaster, wood, fibre concrete, metal, PVC, and polystyrene
- Rapid curing formulation in temperatures as low as 10°c.
- FM310 is tack-free within 10 minutes and can be cut or trimmed in 45 minutes.
This high-performance B3 foam also has a yield of 46 litres and a compressive strength of 34 kPa.
