Fast, Flexible and Tough - Why the properties of ME020 makes it the Perfect Installer’s Choice?
When it comes to delivering airtight, weather-sealed façades with speed and precision, illbruck’s new ME020 membrane offers the perfect balance of performance, flexibility, and ease of installation.
Classified B-s1, d0 to EN 13501-1, ME020 is a self-adhesive, permanently UV-resistant, high-strength polyester membrane that’s both airtight and watertight. It’s designed for use as a perimeter seal on the external side of glazed units such as windows and doors, as well as for sealing construction joints. The membrane is supplied in 25m rolls, available in widths from 100mm to 350mm, giving installers the flexibility to suit a wide range of applications.
One of ME020’s biggest advantages is its self-adhesive backing, which eliminates the need for a separate adhesive. This not only reduces installation time but also cuts down on labour costs – key benefits on today’s fast-paced construction projects.
