Käyttötarkoitus
ME902 primer on spray-pohjuste butyylia ja bituumia sisältäville illbruck-membraaneille.
Suojaa tarvittaessa ympäröivät pinnat ennen pohjusteen käyttöä, esim. maalarinteipillä. Päällystämätön pohjuste saattaa kellastua tai aiheuttaa värimuunnosta. Pohjuste saattaa vahingoittaa maali- lakka- sekä muovipintoja. Yhteensopivuus testattava ennen käyttöä.

Esityöt
- no special preparation is required, however, surfaces should be sound
- best results will be achieved on dry, dust and grease free surfaces
- paint residue and impregnation agent must be removed from the adhesion surface
Käyttö
As primer:
- spray evenly and carefully onto the substrate. processable from -10°C surface temperature. Please respect the minimum storage temperature of +5°C and the flash off time.
- if the primer is absorbed from the surfaces too much, repeat the prcess.
- very rough and sanding substrates can be treated with ME901 brush version
- cover adjacent surfaces and the floor
As spray adhesive:
- spray both parts to be joined with ME902
- connect within the open time (approx. 15 min - depending the abient temperature) and press firmly.

Huomaa
- spray distance approx. 30 cm
- cover fresh/unreacted PU foam before spraying.
- protect the sprayed surface from dust, moisture, etc.
- best spray results and yield after storage at room temperature
- when processing is interrupted, wipe the spray head with a cloth with illbruck gun cleaner
- the spray head is adjustible in 3 spray width marked on top of the head.
ME902 is not compatible with paints. Paints, varnishes and plastics can be dissolved. Check compatibility with adjacent materials.

splashes must be removed immediately.
