Tremco illbruck acquires Park Dis Ticaret, Turkey (September 2010)
Tremco illbruck announced today that it has acquired Park Dis Ticaret A.S., a distributor of Tremco illbruck sealants, tapes and membranes, along with its own Park brand of complementary products. Based in Istanbul, Turkey, Park has annual sales of more than 7 million euro. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"Park will increase the presence of Tremco illbruck and the RPM Building Solutions Group (BSG) in Turkey and the Middle East," said Reiner Eisenhut, President/Managing Director RPM Building Solutions Europe. "As part of the RPM BSG, Park will also be able to expand its product offerings into new categories, such as firestopping. Park will continue to be led by Adnan Akkin, who founded the business in 1994, and his management team, which will also assume responsibilities for Tremco illbruck sales and distribution in Turkey."
Tremco illbruck acquires Karochemie AG, Switzerland (February 2009)
In line with its international growth strategy, Tremco illbruck International GmbH today announced the acquisition of Karochemie AG, a leading supplier of sealants to the construction markets in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Karochemie’s 2008 annual turnover totaled approximately CHF 15.5 million. The Swiss company is headquartered and registered in Baar and has a sales office in Crissier.
The acquisition is expected to lead to a strengthened market position benefitting both companies, as well as the customers of the expanded group.

Tremco illbruck acquires Prosytec SAS, France (March 2008)
Tremco illbruck International announced today the acquisition of the French company Prosytec SAS from the American company BF Goodrich through its French subsidiary illbruck Joints and Systemes SAS, headquartered in Strasbourg.
Prosytec is a leading provider of sealants for the building market, supplying products under the Tremco trademark for windows, curtain walls and double glazing.
Prosytec employs a workforce of sixty-three, is headquartered in Paris and has a production unit in Dijon.
This transaction is a real opportunity. Indeed, it will reunite again, under the same ownership and control, the European companies responsible for the production and marketing of Tremco-branded products. It also clearly illustrates our continued commitment to Europe.

Acquisition of Permaquik Limited in UK (2007)
Tremco Global Sealants, the world's leading supplier of sealants and weatherproofing for construction and industrial applications, has announced the acquisition of Permaquik, a privately owned manufacturer of moisture protection systems for concrete structures, based in Ontario, Canada.
Established in 1978, Permaquik is a leading supplier of high-performance hot-applied waterproofing and green roof systems as well as crystalline waterproofing, epoxies, sealers and expansion joints. The company’s PQ6100 is widely recognized as one of the leading brands in hot rubberized asphaltic membranes and currently provides waterproofing protection on installations around the world ranging from foundation walls to plaza decks, including the Scottish Parliament building in Edinburgh, GCHQ in Cheltenham, Esso Glen Cardinal Place in London, and the largest green roof project in Canada at the Canadian War Museum in Ottawa.
Employing 3,400 people worldwide, the Tremco Group’s European business is Tremco illbruck, which is headquartered in Cologne, Germany. In the UK, the company has office and production facilities in Coventry and Wigan.
Permaquik high performance waterproofing products are available in the UK from Radmat Building Products and this successful arrangement will continue, with the added benefits to customers of Tremco illbruck’s extensive R&D, marketing and supply chain resources.
